Chimichanga Lunch

We stuffed a flour tortilla with your choice of chunks of beef or spicy chicken, then deep fried to a golden brown and topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Served with Mexican rice and beans.
